TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. The electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 amounts to: approx. 8,719,940 kWh (planned contract). 2. The detailed scope of the contract has been defined in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law. Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract have been specified in the draft contractual provisions – Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 3.
