TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of electricity for the needs of the Gmina Biesiekierz and organisational units of Gmina Biesiekierz for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. 1) The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix No 5 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. Electricity demand during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 amounts to: 789.110 MWh (planned contract). 2) The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in Appendix No 5 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law. The other conditions regarding performance of the contract have been set out in the draft provisions of the electricity sales contract – Appendix No 4 to the SWZ. NOTE! The Contracting Authority has the status of a Producer for: 1) PPE number 590243853044254286. The Contracting Authority has an installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 30 kW.
