TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract includes: Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting, open areas, buildings, and organisational units of the Municipality of the City of Dębica, for a period of 12 months, in the forecast quantity of 5 725 928.00 kWh to 290 points for the supply and measurement of electricity. 1. Each of the organisational units shall include individual contracts for the supply of electricity on the terms of the selected, most advantageous tender. 2. The amount of electricity purchased shall be settled according to the actual consumption of this electricity by the Contracting Authorities, at the prices from the tender submitted by the Contractor. 3. For road lighting, the place of electricity supply shall be the changes in the function of the power line, from transmission or distribution installations to the customer’s installation. In particular, these shall be: the terminals of the supply cable in the street lighting cabinet or the current terminals at the output of the cables from the fuses towards the customer’s installation. 4.
