TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended) for the needs of entities belonging to the procurement group in the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2027. The total estimated consumption of electricity [MWh] in the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2027 is 13 136,096 MWh. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract includes Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ. The contract template includes Appendix No. 3a to the SWZ together with Appendix No. 1a (list of electricity off-take points covered by the contract) and No. 2a (power of attorney). 3. The description of the subject matter of the contract specifies quality standards relating to all essential characteristics of the subject matter of the contract (the subject matter of the contract is standardised – it will be performed identically regardless of which Contractor performs it); it takes into account all life-cycle costs – margin, costs of balancing on the commercial market, transaction fees, costs related to variability of the profile, costs related to variability of the schedule, costs…
