TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law for the needs of the Iława County and subordinate units for the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2029. 2. The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] for the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2029 amounts to 6,968.544 MWh. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a list of electricity consumption points, data regarding individual Contracting Authorities, and estimated electricity consumption, is contained in Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference (TOR). The draft contract provisions constitute Appendix No. 7 to the TOR together with Appendix No. 1 – a list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract and Appendix No. 2 – power of attorney. 4. The contract covers the sale of electricity and does not include the provision of electricity distribution services.
