TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law – for the needs of Iława County (Powiat Iławskie) and its subordinate units in the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2029. 2. The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2029 amounts to 6,968.544 MWh. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the list of electricity off-take points, data relating to the individual Contracting Authorities, and the estimated electricity consumption, is contained in Appendix No 6 to the SWZ. The draft provisions of the contract constitute Appendix No 7 to the SWZ together with Appendix No 1 – a list of electricity off-take points covered by the contract and Appendix No 2 – the power of attorney. 4. The contract covers the sale of electricity and does not include the provision of electricity distribution services.
