TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 43, as amended) for the needs of the Municipal Utilities Company sp. z o.o. in Słupsk. Estimated (forecast) electricity consumption [MWh] in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is 2,443,000 MWh, together with commercial balancing. The forecast electricity consumption specified by the Contracting Authority is for guidance only and does not constitute, on the part of the Contracting Authority, an obligation to purchase electricity in the stated quantity and is not at the same time a limiting quantity of its purchase. Any change in the estimated consumption will not result in additional costs for the Contracting Authority, other than settlement for the actually consumed amount of electricity according to the price specified in the contract.
