TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of supplies of electricity for the needs of 22 RES installations of the State Water Holdings “Wody Polskie” (20 water power plants and 2 photovoltaic power plants), together with an obligation to purchase the electricity produced therein and a service of balancing and reporting REMIT in 2027. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No 11 to the SWZ. The list of RES installations covered by this procedure is set out in Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
