TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the sale by the Contractor of electricity energy to the Client’s energy supply points – the Water and Sewerage Company Ltd. (Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o.) in Rybnik – in the period: from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 in the amount of 3 914 MWh, and the sale by the Client of electricity energy produced in an installation using renewable energy sources (“RES”) and fed into the Distribution System Operator’s (DSO) grid in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 43, as amended) and the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 68, as amended).
