TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of active electricity for the company Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o.o., which will be carried out under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (Dz.U.2026.43), hereinafter referred to as “Energy Law”, issued on the basis thereof by the applicable regulations, in accordance with the rules set out in the licences, provisions of the Supply Agreement, the conditions contained in these Procurement Terms (hereinafter SWZ), and any explanations provided by the Contracting Authority during the course of the tender procedure. Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o.o. constitutes the final customer within the meaning of the Energy Law. 2. The quantity of energy expected to be supplied during the term of the contract under tariff B23 for two PPE points is 7 500.00 MWh. 3. Pursuant to Article 433(4) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP), the Contracting Authority guarantees performance of the contract at a level no lower than 85% of the estimated electricity volume indicated in point 2. 4.
