TENDER DESCRIPTION
1) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 2) The contract shall be performed in accordance with: a) the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law – consolidated text: Dz.U.2026.43 as amended (hereinafter referred to as “EL”) and the implementing provisions to that Act, b) the Grid Operation and Maintenance Instruction (hereinafter: IRiESD) of innogy Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o., to which the National Theatre is connected. 3) The total maximum estimated demand for electricity for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029 amounts to: a) Supply I – ~ 3000.00 MWh, b) Supply II – ~ 1500.00 MWh, c) The Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor for the actually consumed quantity of electricity, determined on the basis of readings from metering devices. d) In connection with the reservation referred to in point c), the Contracting Authority undertakes to accept, under the subject matter of the contract, at least 70% of the estimated quantity of electricity referred to in point 3.3 a) and b) of the SWZ, during the term of the Agreement. e) The Contracting Authority requires that settlements apply tariff B 21…
