TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of electricity for WARR S.A. until 31.12.2027 1. The subject of this contract is the supply (sale) of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract, including the performance of prosumer settlements. The total estimated demand for electricity during the period from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2027 is: 750,000 kWh. The quantities stated above are estimated quantities for the duration of the contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the delivery quantities specified for individual points of supply – provided that the total contract quantity will not exceed 800,000 kWh.
