TENDER DESCRIPTION
"Supply of electricity for Wodociągi Jaworzno sp. z o.o." The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law for the needs of Wodociągi Jaworzno sp. z o.o. with an estimated volume of 8,602,350 kWh, for the withdrawal points according to Annex No. 8 to the ToR during the supply period, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The commencement of supplies to individual electricity withdrawal points, detailed in Annex No. 8 to the ToR, will take place on the date specified in the contract, after the effective termination of the currently valid contract and the successful completion of the supplier change procedure.
