The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity and the purchase of surplus electricity generated in the Employer’s RES installations, for the needs of the facilities of the Municipal Utilities Management Company (Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej) sp. z o.o. in Katowice. The Contracting Authority specifies the estimated, forecast quantity of supplied energy at the level of 4,500.54 MWh during the term of the contract, however not less than 2,500.00 MWh.
