The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity for the CSR “Słowianka” Sp. z o.o. facilities, ul. Słowiańska 12, 14 and 16, during the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, in the following quantities: 1. Swimming pools: Contracted capacity: 0.400 MW Consumption: 1.960 MWh Including: I zone 370.00 MWh II zone 290.00 MWh III zone 1,300.00 MWh 2. Ice rink: Contracted capacity: 0.140 MW Consumption: 250 MWh Including: I zone 40.00 MWh II zone 40.00 MWh III zone 170.00 MWh 3. Sports and entertainment hall Contracted capacity: 0.600 MW Consumption: 1.100 MWh Including: I zone 200 MWh II zone 200 MWh III zone 700 MWh The quantities given above are estimated and have been provided based on energy consumption from previous years. Therefore, the final quantity of electricity ordered may change and ultimately be higher or lower. The Contracting Authority will make payment for the quantities actually consumed. The Contracting Authority guarantees payment to the Contractor for 2000 MWh.
