TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the buildings of the Institute of Low Temperatures and Structural Research named after Wł. Trzebiatowski of the Polish Academy of Sciences at 2 Okólna Street and 95 Gajowicka Street in Wrocław. The Contracting Authority has, at both locations, a total of three electricity off-take points, for which the total estimated demand for electricity is 1,300 MWh in each 12-month period of contract performance. The basic term of contract performance covers the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, with the possibility of renewal for a further 12-month period, i.e. from 01.01.2028 to 31.12.2028, on the terms and within the scope specified in the draft agreement, in the appendices to the draft agreement and in the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.
