TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the KUL facilities in Lublin, Kazimierz Dolny and Stalowa Wola. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ and in the Table of electricity offtake points – Appendix No 1.1 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No 9 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp).
