TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: a) the supply of electricity under the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law and in the implementing acts issued on the basis thereof, b) settlement of surpluses (buy-back) of electricity generated in installations of renewable energy sources (RES) specified in Annex No 1 to the OPZ, which will be introduced into the grid of the local OSD together with the commercial balancing service under the terms set out in the draft contract constituting Annex No 7 to the SWZ for the present procurement procedure.
