TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority’s facilities and the purchase of surplus electricity generated in the Contracting Authority’s MIOZE, together with the provision of a commercial balancing service. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to electricity offtake points belonging to the Municipal Waste Management Company (Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania Sp. z o.o.) in Toruń and the purchase, by the Contractor, of electricity generated at the Contracting Authority’s MIOZE installation, not used for its own purposes and fed into the distribution network. As part of performing the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor will also perform the function of the Balance Responsible Party (Podmiot Odpowiedzialny za Bilansowanie) for electricity commercial balancing: a) electricity sold by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority’s electricity offtake points, b) electricity generated at the Contracting Authority’s MIOZE installation and fed into the distribution network.
