SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE CONTRACTING AUTHENTY’S FACILITIES IN THE PERIOD FROM 01.01.2027 TO 31.12.2027 SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE CONTRACTING AUTHENTY’S FACILITIES IN THE PERIOD FROM 01.01.2027 TO 31.12.2027. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority’s facilities – the Chełm Water Park (Chełmski Park Wodny) and facilities at the Municipal Markets (Targowiska Miejskie) in Chełm – in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, in particular to the points of electricity supply indicated in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ and in the tariffs indicated below: 1) Chełm Water Park, ul. Lubelska 133 A, 22-100 Chełm: tariff B23 – demand approx. 1500 MWh, 2) Municipal Markets in Chełm: a) tariff C12 A - demand 9.6 MWh b) tariff C 12 B - demand 2.4 MWh c) tariff C 12 W - demand 1.8 MWh d) tariff C 11 - demand 2.4 MWh. 1.1. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex No. 1a and in the offer calculation, which constitutes Annex No. 2.
