TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: the supply of electricity for 2027 and 2028 for the Lublin University of Technology, the Czestochowa University of Technology and the Military University of Aviation in Dęblin, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 43), hereinafter: EL, by the Lublin University of Technology, the Czestochowa University of Technology and the Military University of Aviation in Dęblin to electricity supply points. This contract does not include electricity distribution services. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the locations and a description of the electricity supply points, is contained in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ which constitutes an integral part of this SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor has a concluded and in force agreement, i.e. the so-called General Distribution Agreement, with the local Distribution System Operator (hereinafter: DSO), on the basis of which it may sell electricity through the distribution network of that DSO to all facilities indicated in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ.
