TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of electrical energy for the needs of buildings and premises of Units and Educational Institutions in Opole, specified in detail in Annex No 1 to this request. The estimated total quantity of electrical energy during the sales period for all Units and Educational Institutions amounts to 7 085 555.40 kWh = 7 085.5554 MWh. Minimum scope of the contract: 75% of the individual forecasts of electricity consumption. The supply of electrical energy shall take place on the terms set out in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2026 item 43, as amended), in accordance with the implementing acts to that Act, as well as the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2026 item 795, as amended), the rules set out in the concessions, the provisions of the Contract, in line with the Seller’s offer and other generally applicable provisions of law.
