Część I – zamówienie obejmuje dostawę energii elektrycznej w planowanej ilości 11.404.898 kWh, w terminie od dnia 01.01.2027 r. do dnia 31.12.2027 r. (12 miesięcy) do punktów poboru energii elektrycznej zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 1A do SWZ.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract together with the list of electricity supply points for the individual Parts of the subject matter is included in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. The consumption of electricity declared in the above-mentioned appendix is an estimated figure and is for the exclusive purpose of calculating the Offer price. 2. The supply of electricity will be carried out on the basis of an electricity sale agreement referred to in Article 5(2)(1) of the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2026, item 43, as amended). 3. NOTE! The subject matter of this contract is not the provision of electricity distribution services. 4.
