TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of municipal facilities and street lighting within the territory of the Gmina Słomniki in 2027. 2. Estimated consumption in 2027 – 1 858 795 kWh. 3. A detailed list of electricity supply points constitutes Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that, in accordance with Resolution No LXXV/1102/23 of the Regional Assembly (Sejmik) of the Małopolskie Voivodeship on amending Resolution No XXV/373/20 of the Regional Assembly of the Małopolskie Voivodeship of 28 September 2020 on the Air Protection Programme for the Małopolskie Voivodeship of 20 November 2023 (Official Journal of the Voivodeship Małop. 2023, item 7662), 75% of the electricity supplied to public utility buildings (i.e. approximately 450 000 kWh) came from renewable sources. 5. If, during the term of this Agreement, legal acts enter into force that entitle the Contracting Authority to use preferential electricity price rates, the Contractor is obliged to apply them in accordance with the entitlements granted by those acts. 6.
