TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Gmina Margonin and its organizational units in 2027 and ensuring the settlement of electricity fed into the grid from a photovoltaic micro-installation located at PPE No 590310600001962156 in the system appropriate for a renewable energy producer (prosumer). The settlement of electricity fed into the grid will be carried out by the seller selected by the prosumer on the basis of a sales agreement, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 20 February 2015 on Renewable Energy Sources, taking into account the date of the first feed-in of electricity to the grid and the settlement rules applicable to this PPE. The contract does not include electricity distribution services. Within the scope of Task I – street lighting – one agreement will be concluded by the Gmina Margonin. The estimated total electricity consumption in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 for Task No I is: 330 490 kWh.
