TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 43), to four entities that have PPE (electricity supply points) covered by the list below: 1) buildings of the Medical University of Białystok, in the tariff group: C11, C12a, C23, G12w, G11, B23 and a building without an assigned tariff group; 2) buildings of the Białystok University of Technology, in the tariff group: B23 and C11; 3) buildings of the University in Białystok, in the tariff group: B23, B21, C21, C11 and G11. 4) buildings of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music – Branch in Białystok, in the tariff group: C21, C11 and G12. The list of electricity supply points in the respective tariff groups and electricity consumption in the respective Partner facilities are included in Appendices No 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d to the SWZ.
