TENDER DESCRIPTION

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been defined in: • the SWZ; • the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (SOPZ) constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ; • the Draft contract provisions constituting: Appendix No 2.1. to the SWZ for Part No 1 of the contract and Appendix No 2.3. for the purchase-back of electricity from RES under Part No 1 of the Contract; • the Detailed information regarding the PPEs constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ for all parts. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been defined in: • the SWZ; • the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (SOPZ) constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ; • the Draft contract provisions constituting: Appendix No 2.1. to the SWZ for Part No 1 of the contract and Appendix No 2.3. for the purchase-back of electricity from RES under Part No 1 of the Contract; • the Detailed information regarding the PPEs constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ for all parts.
