TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of electricity together with the electricity distribution service 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service consisting in the supply of electricity together with the electricity distribution service for the needs of the Municipality of Gostycyn. 2. The value of electricity demand indicated below is an estimated value, which does not reflect the actual or declared use of electricity during the term of the contract and in no event may it form the basis for any claims by the Contractor. Actual settlements will be made on the basis of the current readings of the metering and settlement systems for the supply of electricity in accordance with the Contractor’s offer; for the distribution of electricity, charges resulting from the Tariff for electricity distribution services of Enea Operator Sp. z o. o.3.
