TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: a) the supply of electricity energy on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and in implementing acts issued on the basis thereof, b) settlement of surpluses (purchase back) of electricity energy generated in installations of renewable energy sources (RES) indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ, which will be fed into the local DSO network together with the commercial balancing service on the terms set out in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ for the present proceedings. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
