TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: a) supply of electrical energy under the terms specified in the Act of 10 April 1997, the Energy Law, and in the implementing acts issued on the basis thereof, b) settlement of surpluses (purchase back) of electrical energy generated in installations of renewable energy sources OZE indicated in Appendix No 1 to the OPZ, which will be fed into the network of the local OSD together with the commercial balancing service under the terms specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No 7 to the SWZ for the present procedure. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) is Appendix No 1 to the SWZ.
