TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the Municipality of Końskie, the Municipality of Radoszyce, the Municipality of Fałków, the Municipality of Ruda Maleniecka, the Municipality of Gowarczów, the Public Library of the City and Municipality of Końskie named after Cezary Chlebowski, the Kielce Cultural Centre in Końskie, the Municipality of Słupia Konecka, the Municipal Utilities Company of the Municipality of Słupia Konecka Sp. z o.o. and their organisational units, for the operation of buildings, premises, utility facilities and street lighting. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards of the Energy Law Act and implementing provisions for the supply points in respect of which the entities taking part in the procedure are involved, whose list is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
