TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the sale of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) for the needs of the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. The estimated electricity consumption is approximately 2,300 MWh during the calendar year. The forecast electricity consumption is indicative in nature and is used to determine the expected scope of the contract. Settlement will be based on the actually consumed amount of electricity at the prices specified in the Contractor’s offer. The contract includes one electricity supply point (PPE No 590380100012433823), located in Warsaw at ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 44/52, 01-224 Warszawa. Tariff group: B21. The contract covers exclusively the sale of electricity. It does not include the provision of electricity distribution services. Distribution services are provided by the distribution system operator responsible for the electricity supply point – Stoen Operator.
