TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 brand new TK/DVI Forensic Ambulance along with a trailer for the Criminal Laboratory of the KWP in Szczecin, with the possibility to increase the number of vehicles ordered under the option right by a maximum of 1 unit. The contracting authority requires that vehicles purchased under the option be identical to the base vehicle (guaranteed). 2. The scope, size, quantity, and detailed requirements of the order have been specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1A to the draft contract provisions and Annex No. 6 to the Terms of Reference (ToR). 3. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to provide in the offer, besides the price, also: - brand, model, version, and year of manufacture of the vehicle; - brand, model, and year of manufacture of the trailer; - engine displacement (in cm³); - maximum net engine power (in KW); - four-wheel drive; - automatic transmission; - warranty on mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of the vehicle on which the bodywork was built, as well as on the paint coating and perforation of body elements; - warranty on the vehicle…
