TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 piece of a factory new TK/DVI Forensic Ambulance with trailer for the Forensic Laboratory of the KWP in Szczecin with the option to increase the number of ordered vehicles under the option right up to a maximum of 1 piece. The Contracting Authority requires that vehicles purchased under the option be identical to the basic vehicle (guaranteed). 2. The scope, size, quantity and detailed requirements concerning the contract are specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1A to the draft contract provisions and in Annex No. 6 to the ToR. 3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide in the offer, in addition to the price, also: - brand, model, version and year of production of the vehicle; - brand, model and year of production of the trailer; - engine displacement (in cm³); - maximum net engine power (in KW); - four-wheel drive; - automatic transmission; - warranty on mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the vehicle on which the superstructure is made as well as on the paint coating and perforation of body elements; - warranty on the vehicle…
