TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of a factory-new tractor for the Poronin Municipality. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a factory-new tractor with 4 x 4 drive, a mechanical gearbox, a 4-cylinder engine, manufactured no earlier than in 2025. Minimum warranty period: 24 months. The task is carried out as part of co-funding from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Programme 2025/2026 and from the contracting authority’s own funds. A detailed description of the subject of the contract: the Contracting Authority attaches it to the SWZ as Appendix No 1A (when completed, it will constitute an attachment to the tender form).
