TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery of a brand-new agricultural tractor, including delivery of a trailer for transporting potable water with a capacity of 5,000 l. 1) The subject of the contract is: a) the supply of a brand-new, unused, manufactured no earlier than in 2026, free of legal and physical defects, agricultural tractor in road version (hereinafter: tractor, vehicle) meeting at least the technical, quality and usability requirements described in the Technical and Functional Specification constituting Annex No 1A to the SWZ; b) the supply of a brand-new trailer manufactured no earlier than in 2026, free of legal and physical defects, for transporting potable water with a capacity of 5,000 l (hereinafter: trailer) meeting at least the technical, quality and usability requirements described in the Technical and Functional Specification constituting Annex No 1B to the SWZ.
