TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a supply entitled “Supply of a brand-new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with 4x4 drive for the Volunteer Fire Department in Kamień”. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. 3. Together with the vehicle, the Contractor shall provide appropriate documentation necessary to use the vehicle in accordance with its intended purpose. 4. The vehicle that is the subject matter of the contract must meet the technical conditions provided for by the applicable legal provisions in Poland for fire vehicles operating on public roads, as well as the conditions provided for by the provisions of Community law in the European Union for this type of vehicles. 1.
