Supply of a factory-new heavy goods vehicle with a minimum permissible total weight (DMC) of 5 tonnes, with a self-unloading skip, adapted for the collection and transport of selectively collected municipal waste, year of manufacture 2026 The subject of the contract is the supply of a factory-new heavy goods vehicle with a minimum permissible total weight (DMC) of 5 tonnes, with a self-unloading skip, adapted for the collection and transport of selectively collected municipal waste, meeting the requirements of a vehicle permitted to operate on public roads in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law and the Act of 14 April 2023 on vehicle type-approval systems and their equipment, with the technical and functional parameters specified in this Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter: “OPZ”). All parameters indicated as minimum (“min.”) constitute boundary requirements; the Contracting Authority allows the offer of more advantageous parameters.
