TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract includes the supply of a brand-new vehicle for the collection and transport of municipal waste, of the refuse truck type, powered by a combustion engine (with a diesel EURO 6 engine (or equivalent) of category N3, and also meeting the technical requirements specified in the applicable regulations in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including the technical conditions specified in the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic and the implementing acts to that Act. On the day of acceptance, the vehicle must be complete, operational, admitted to traffic on public roads in Poland and ready to perform the tasks without the Contracting Authority having to incur any additional outlays, except for ongoing costs of fuel and operating materials excluded in the SWZ. A detailed description of the technical parameters, equipment, monitoring system and warranties is set out in Chapter C of the SWZ.
