TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of a factory-new specialized sweeper-type vehicle in the form of an operating lease for a period of 60 months, with an initial payment of up to 45% of the value of the subject matter Variable lease interest rate Other requirements regarding the subject matter: 1. The vehicle must have complete documentation that enables registration of a vehicle approved for road traffic in Poland, including an extract from the certificate of type approval. 2. The vehicle may not have advertising signs, except for the vehicle manufacturer’s markings. 3. No element of the vehicle may show signs of damage. 4. The entire vehicle chassis must respond to the vehicle bodywork activities, including having software updates. 5. The Ordering Party requires that the vehicle operating instructions be provided for a total time of 7h, including 4h at the Ordering Party’s registered office premises (theoretical/demonstration instruction) and 3h on site (practical/demonstration instruction), dedicated to 2 persons, i.e. to the Ordering Party’s designated employees.
