Material scope of the subject matter of the contract: 1) The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a factory-new medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with 4x4 drive for the Bytów County Command of the State Fire Service (KP PSP in Bytów), compliant with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, Appendix No 2 (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ); 2) The vehicle, together with its equipment, must be factory-new, with no features of prior use; year of production 2026. 3) The subject matter of the contract also includes delivery of complete documentation in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPZ and below; 4) Conducting checks to verify that the vehicle’s manufacture complies with the contract, that the vehicle is manufactured to the required quality, that the vehicle and individual devices operate correctly, that the equipment is compliant in terms of quantity and that the required documentation is provided; 5) The Contractor shall be obliged to conduct training for at least 18 persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of operation of the vehicle’s chassis, fire-fighting bodywork and the vehicle’s pump.
