TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scope of the subject matter of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a factory-new medium-size rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with 4x4 drive for the Bytów KP PSP, in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, Annex No. 2 (abbreviated as OPZ); 2) The vehicle, together with its equipment, must be factory-new, without features of use; year of production 2026. 3) The subject of the contract also includes delivery of complete documentation in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPZ and below; 4) Carrying out verification of compliance of the vehicle’s manufacture with the contract, the quality of the manufacture, the operation of the vehicle and individual devices, quantitative compliance of the equipment and the required documentation; 5) The Contractor is obliged to conduct training for at least 18 persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of operation of the vehicle’s chassis, fire-fighting superstructure and the vehicle’s pump.
