. Subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is: the supply of a brand-new concrete mixer truck and a used concrete mixer pump for concrete as part of the task: “Purchase of equipment necessary to modernise road infrastructure in the Municipality of Braniewo”. A brand-new vehicle shall mean a vehicle that has not been operated and has not been registered previously in the Vehicle Registration Department of the Office. A complete vehicle shall mean a vehicle that meets jointly the conditions of compliance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, together with documents enabling its registration in the Republic of Poland. The vehicles must meet the requirements of a vehicle permitted to travel on public roads on the territory of Poland as set out in the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the requirements of the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502).
