TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of a brand-new self-propelled engineering machine – a rotating telescopic loader 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a brand-new self-propelled engineering machine – a rotating telescopic loader. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The offered vehicle must meet the requirements: 1) Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account requirements concerning privileged vehicles in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, and for 2025: items 820, 1006, 1676, 1734, 1843, 1872, and for 2026: item 180); 2) the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products used to ensure public safety or protect health and life as well as property, and on the rules for issuing authorisation for the use of those products (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, with later amendments), which should be confirmed by a certificate of authorisation for use issued by CNBOP, valid on the day of acceptance of the vehicle; 3) the Regulation of the Ministers: of Internal Affairs and…
