TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of brand-new parts for shearers of the types 4LS20, 7LS22 and of the chain conveyors (scraper conveyors) JOY AFC and JOY BSL operating in underground mining plants extracting hard coal in areas at risk of methane and coal dust explosions. 2. This contract is a sector contract within the meaning of Article 7(35) of the Pzp Act. 3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Part III of the SWZ. 1.
