TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the supply of factory-new suspension resilient elements for Metropolis 98B metro cars in the years 2028-2030 (hereinafter also “parts”). 2. The scope of the Contract includes the delivery of parts in three lots/tasks. The names and quantities of parts for the individual tasks have been indicated in the “List of ordered parts” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specification (hereinafter: “TS”), which is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and forms an integral part thereof. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contract be performed in batches, according to the delivery schedule and in the quantities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the TS. Within one batch, a maximum of two partial deliveries are permitted. 4. The delivered subject of the Contract must be factory-new and unused (for the purposes of “factory-new and unused,” it means spare parts originally packed by the manufacturer, with no signs of use). 5. For the delivered parts, the Contractor shall grant a 36-month warranty on the terms set out in the contract template.
