TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject is the delivery of a delivery vehicle type food truck for the needs of the County Vocational Activity Center in Suchowola, meeting the requirements in accordance with regulations concerning road traffic and car operation, factory-new, unused, complete, ready for use, technically efficient, free of physical, legal, constructional, material and workmanship defects. The contracting authority requires at least a 24-month warranty on the offered vehicle. A detailed description of the machine is included in the Technical Specification Form of the offered machine, constituting Annex No. 4.3 to the ToR. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the drafted contract provisions constituting Annex 5.3 to the ToR. The delivery time for the third part of the order is 70 calendar days. The shortening of the delivery time is one of the criteria for selecting the most advantageous offer.
