TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of brand-new heavy goods vehicles for the operation of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as heavy goods vehicles. The contract is carried out as part of the project entitled “Construction of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point together with infrastructure in Starachowice” - European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment. The contract includes: a) delivery of 1 unit of a brand-new heavy goods vehicle with a refuse truck body – Appendix No. 1. b) delivery of 1 unit of a brand-new heavy goods vehicle with a hook-lift body – Appendix No. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 and No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority provides for the cancellation of the contract award procedure, in the event that the funds that were intended to finance the whole or part of the contract are not granted.
