TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of supply of factory-new self-propelled mining machines (SMG) intended for transporting people in underground workings of a hard coal mine, in conditions of methane and dust hazard (Order Stage 1) and provision of service support (Order Stage 2), in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Part III of the SWZ—Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. 3. This contract is a sector contract within the meaning of Article 7 point 35) of the Pzp Act. 1.
