TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of the supply of factory-new self-propelled mining machines (SMG) intended for the transport of people in underground workings of hard coal mines, in conditions presenting a risk of methane and dust (Order Stage 1) and provision of maintenance services (Order Stage 2), in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Part III of the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. 3. This contract is a sector contract within the meaning of Article 7 point 35) of the Pzp Act. 1.
